California DSA Specification (Word, PDF) – Developed for the California Allegion Specification team, this report is the same as the Specifications and Hardware Sets report except this one is formatted to meet requirements of the California Division of the State Architect (DSA).
Canadian Hardware Schedule (Word, PDF) – Developed for the Canadian Allegion Specification team, this report shows each hardware set, the openings assigned to each hardware set, the details of each opening, and the products in each hardware set. The report is a Word document with tables in landscape format, or a PDF.
Catalog Cuts (PDF) – Consists of a table of contents and pages from product catalogs for all products used in the project. This report is only available as a PDF.
Door by Door Schedule (Word) – Developed primarily for the Oceania Region (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Island Nations) specification teams, this report shows data for each opening on the project including opening/door attributes and hardware products assigned to the door. Openings may be grouped by their location (Building, Level, and Area) and within each location are sorted in ascending order by door number. Doors assigned to the same hardware set or with similar attributes are listed individually and not grouped into a single “Hardware Set”. Optionally, user may select to include standard contractual cover pages used within the Oceania Region. Report outputs as a Word document in portrait format.
Door Hardware Installation Estimate (Excel) – Developed primarily for general contractors, this report outputs tables that group hardware products by manufacturer and total the quantity of each unique catalog number. Report includes pertinent product information such as catalog number, description, and finish along with columns used for calculating the labor cost to install the specified hardware. Report outputs to an Excel spreadsheet.
Door Schedule (Excel) – Report consists of a horizontal door hardware schedule table. User can select opening and hardware product attributes to output where each attribute is a column and each unique door is a row in the table. This report is the same as the Electronic Data Summary (Excel) , Horizontal Schedule (Excel), and Quantity Summary (Excel) but pre-selects different attributes to report as a default. Report outputs as an Excel spreadsheet.
Door Schedule (Word, PDF) – Report outputs a door schedule table where rows are unique doors and columns are opening attributes. User can select from a list of opening attributes to include in the schedule. Report outputs as either Word document or PDF.
Door/Hardware Set Index (Word, PDF) – Report outputs a table that indexes which hardware set each opening has been assigned to in the project. User may optionally add additional opening attributes as desired. Report outputs as a Word document or in PDF.
Door/Hardware Set Index Revision Recap (Word, PDF) – Report allows user to select 2 versions of the project and outputs a report like the Door/Hardware Set Index report but with formatting showing additions, deletions, and modifications that occurred between the two selected project versions. Report outputs as Word document or PDF.
