Overtur introduces Preferences for Email Notifications! While some project and user notifications are required, we recognize that some are not and may create noise. Enter Preferences! By the end of this article you will know where and how to manage non-critical project notifications and deliver schedules.
- You can now choose to unsubscribe or decide when you receive Overtur Notifications for select emails:
- When a project is created without help from Allegion
- When a collaborator is removed from a project
- File uploads to Share Files
- Revit Retrieval export created
Two ways to access Email Notification Preferences:
Your Email Notification
When you receive an email regarding an Overtur project or user update, if it’s a non-critical update you can update preferences for, there will be a Notification Preferences link embedded in your email. Selecting this link will take you to the Notifications Preferences Site.
In Overtur web
1. Under your Profile Menu, select Preferences
2. Select Email Notifications from your list in Preferences.
This takes you to the Notifications Site where you will need to login with your Overtur credentials.
3. Select the Overtur Application
3. Once you’re in, select the pencil icon next to the notification you want to update:
Selecting the pencil icon allows you to edit your Delivery Schedule to fit your needs, this schedule can apply to one or all non-critical emails.
