Overtur Key System Management is a tool added into Overtur's digital environment to help you manage a key system efficiently and effectively 

We created OKSM with several industry personas in mind with a focus on:

• Locksmiths
• Channel Partners

Getting started costs nothing! The complimentary Key System Design function allows users to:

• Utilize the mobile app to survey existing conditions and capture data
• Collaborate with stakeholders, makenotes, and conduct key meetings
• Filter records to specific key system data
• Design key system hierarchy and create a schematic
• Assign and view as many key symbols as necessary to an opening
• Utilize cloud-based software with unlimited users and automated updates
• Create a key schedule with fully configured part numbers

Level 1 Bitting and Pinning (Paid Subscription Required)

Features all the complementary aspects of Overtur Key System Design and adds management of Bitting and Pinning and the following:

• View available bittings, request next available change keys and get results within minutes
• Get on demand bitting lists and pinning charts
• Import key symbol descriptions and associated openings
• Get started with an online hour-long training session with an Overtur expert

Level 2 Key Control (Paid Subscription Required)

Builds on previous tiers and adds the following Key Control features:

• Track issuance and return of keys and key rings
• Upload keyholder list
• View and manage key holder by opening/associated symbol
• Create key rings
• Identify a specific user by key assignment using system designated serial numbers
• Store key holder agreements as attachments
• Create and save custom views to quickly filter and search information including (but not limited to):
  • Key and key holder information
  • Keys issued and returned
  • Overdue keys
  • Lost or broken keys
  • Actions defined within specified time periods
• Easily copy data from tables to paste into other programs
• Enjoy customized training and personalized step-by-step set up assistance
