The Overtur for Revit Plugin facilitates the sharing of door-opening information between Autodesk's Revit® and Allegion's Overtur platform. The Plugin also includes tools to assist all Revit users with their projects, such as the Room to Door Renumbering (RDR) and an Export to Spreadsheet tool.
The Overtur team is proud to announce the availability of the following features, which have been developed based on feedback from current Plugin users:
- Spell Check: This tool allows users to spellcheck system/project parameters. These parameters could be used within families, schedules, or free-form annotation text.
- Find & Replace: This tool allows users to find and replace words used in system\project parameters. These parameters could be used within families, schedules, or free-form annotation text.
- Advance Retrieve for Overtur Projects: The Advanced Retrieval tool allows users to retrieve more data than just the base retrieval of hardware set values. Like the base retrieval process, this is data exchange only; no Revit families or other modeled elements are exchanged within this process.
- Schedule Editor: This tool allows for bulk edits of schedules and parameters from within the Revit environment. The Editor also enables the user to bulk-change items using filters and to drill down and focus on a specific item or items within a schedule. The Editor works on all schedules within Revit, not just those containing door-opening information.
- Static Schedule: This tool allows users to pull in a list of the hardware sets in order to place them directly on the plans. This is especially useful in jurisdictions requiring that hardware sets are listed on plans as well as for pricing exercises.
