Allegion Services Group: Project Kick-off

If this project is in Revit, we have the option of utilizing a plug-in for a more seamless experience:

• Within the article 'Overtur: An Introduction for a Design Team Member,' there are some general Overtur resources and information that have been helpful to other users. These include instructions on how to download the Revit plug-in, as well as instructions on how to send and retrieve data. The download process takes approximately 5 minutes, and it only takes another 5 minutes to learn how to use it. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to your ASG contact or click here for tech support.
• Here is a link that shows the drawings we will need. If you choose not to use the plug-in, please provide all files in PDF format. Additionally, if the door schedule can be provided in Excel, it will provide efficiency and reduce errors that could result from duplicated data entry.

Your project leader will also need the following additional info:

• Project schedule with major milestones.
• A 30-minute virtual kickoff meeting to review the project, selections, and scope together. This meeting should take place sometime in the next two weeks.
• Relevant stakeholders, we will need to coordinate with, such as security consultants, general contractors, and specialty door manufacturers.
• Owner's/building's hardware standards, if applicable.
