  • Overtur Project Creation Easy Button: Integrated the Overtur Easy Button within Global Dynamics CRM to streamline project creation. This feature allows internal users to:

    - Navigate to an existing Overtur project linked to the CRM Opportunity.

    • A major technical update was required for system maintenance & management during our winter code freeze. While thorough testing of the system is done during this time, there’s always a chance for bugs to slip through. Please submit a support ticket for any issues and thank you for your patience while we iron out any kinks you may find.
    • Design standardization - required updates. - these items do not impact workflow or processes, but you will notice a slight shift in buttons and text throughout the application. We have a standardization process with Allegion we follow to maintain the system. If any area has impact on your experience with Overtur, please let us know! Either submit a support ticket or add input to feature requests in the resource center for non critical feedback.
